Nigerian musician Wizkid has disclosed the date his forthcoming album titled ‘More Love, Less Ego (MLLE)’ will be released on his social media page.

The globally respected superstar shared that the coming body of work, which will serve as his official fifth studio album, will be out for consumption on August 5, 2022. In his post on Instagram, Wizkid also gave credit to some musicians who worked with him on the album.

Mentioning the likes of Naira (suspected to be Naira Marley), Skepta, Ayraa Starr, Ty Dolla $ign, Buju, and Flame, Wizkid applauded them for their contributions to the project.

The father-of-three added that he will release a brand new single in a matter of days. “New sound days away,” he stipulated.

Wizkid had on May 22 confirmed the completion of the new album, and appreciated those who joined forces with him on the project. “I finished my album days ago! See you soon!! Love you all for real #MLLE,” he said.

“Special thanks to everyone that helped me put this together. Y’all got a special place in my heart. #MLLE,” he shared, adding that “I made this one with a lot of love. Opoju!! (It’s plenty) #MLLE,” the Grammy Award winner added.

Wizkid also hinted at a special show for the album, ‘MLLE.’ “#MLLE LA Special show,” he wrote.
