First time since 2018 – Exciting feedback as Adekunle Gold’s 02 academy performance to stream live on YouTube

The ‘5 star’ crooner who is set to perform at the O2 Academy, Brixton, London on Sunday, October 9, for the first time since 2018 has announced that the performance will be streamed live on YouTube at 9pm, WAT.

The Brixton concert forms a part of the London leg of Adekunle Gold’s ‘Catch Me if You Can’ tour.

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls after selling out the O2 Academy, Nigerian singer Asake announced a bigger venue for his London concert after selling out 3 dates.

The fast-rising street act, who recently sold out 3 dates at the O2 Brixton Academy, will be heading for an even bigger venue soon.

The singer made the exciting announcement on Twitter, after realizing that he underestimated his fans, and apologized for it.

He also revealed that he received tons of messages from fans, who were unable to purchase their tickets. He resolved to move to a bigger venue, which will be announced at a later date. He wrote:

“Big thanks to my UK terminators for all the love and support. I must confess, it’s beyond my wildest imagination. I’m so sorry for underestimating your love for me. I know 3 days sold out already in London but not enough. I’ve received so many msgs and complains from people that couldn’t get tick.
So therefore, I’ll be doing a bigger venue asap to make it up to you all. Date to be announced soon.”

It would be recalled Asake sold out the priority tickets for his forthcoming concert expected to hold at O2 Academy Brixton, London and crashed a particular sale site.

It was reported that the “Organize” crooner sold out the tickets to his concert in 5 minutes after sales commenced.

The singer is having his “Mr. Money with The Vibe USA Tour,” which involves him performing in different cities in the United States.

Asake is expected to serenade fans in Birmingham and Manchester on December 3 and 10, respectively, during a visit in the UK.

Asake aka Mr Money is also expected to be at London’s 02 Academy Brixton Arena, which holds a seating capacity of over 4,000.

Upon commencement of sales of the ticket for the concert, fans had trooped to buy, with all the priority tickets being sold out in five minutes.

One ticketing platform, Cokobar had taken to their page to report that the singer’s fans had crashed their site.
