Israel DMW shared details of the breakdown, citing his wife’s departure in August 2023 after his considerable efforts for her. He accused her of extortion and labelled himself as Davido’s slave, suggesting his marriage was a means for his wife to gain popularity.
Contrary to these claims, Sheila, the estranged wife, denied the accusations, stating that Isreal DMW used their wedding to accumulate funds for personal gain. She further revealed instances of harassment, including being locked out of the house for visiting the salon.
