The revelation of the upcoming BBNaija Season 9 has stirred significant excitement, as organizers have introduced a captivating twist: aspiring contestants must audition in pairs. Multichoice, the brains behind the Big Brother Naija spectacle, have announced auditions for the show’s ninth season.

BBNaija, in a statement on its official X page, disclosed that the audition application, scheduled to commence on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 8:00 pm, will introduce a new format.

In a fresh twist, the organizers revealed that contestants for the upcoming ninth season will audition in pairs.

According to the organisers, auditioning pairs can be close friends, family members, romantic partners, or any combination that embodies a “dynamic duo”.

Contestants are encouraged to submit a three-minute video showcasing their personalities, strengths as a duo, and why they should be in the house for BBNaija Season.

Auditions are open to persons who are 21 or older with a valid Nigerian identification document.

This development follows reports of the BBNaija All-stars reunion being canceled, purportedly due to the alleged refusal of the majority of the housemates to participate.
