In a shocking revelation, a 43 year old Catholic priest was found dead in a local hotel after allegedly spending the night with his girlfriend.

The priest, identified as Joseph Kariuki Wanjiku, was discovered dead under suspicious circumstances at the Monalisa Hotel Delview in Gatanga, where he was staying with his supposed lover.

On Friday evening, the priest arrived at the hotel with a woman identified as his lover.

when he became ill, the priest, was accompanied by his girlfriend to Kenol hospital, but was later found dead in his automobile.

When Joseph Kariuki Wanjiku was brought to the hospital, he was pronounced dead.

Police officials who responded to the incident have subsequently taken custody of the priest’s remains and started an investigation into how he died.
