A former lawmaker representing the people of South Constituency II in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Dennis Omovie is dead.
Though, details of the cause of his death were still sketchy at the time of this report, Hon. Hope George confirmed the lawmaker’s death.
According to Hon. George,”It is true, brief Illness”.
The former lawmaker died in Warri on Wednesday morning, throwing the Political space especially the People’s Democratic Party, PDP family in the state into mourning.
Meanwhile, as at the time of filing this report, his family is yet to issue any statement.
