Deontay Wilder’s injuries revealed after defeat to Tyson Fury

Deontay Wilder reacts to getting knocked out by Tyson Fury in trilogy fight

Malik Scott, Deontay Wilder’s trainer, has disclosed the extent of the boxer’s injuries following his loss against Tyson Fury on Sunday.

Fury knocked out the American in the 11th round.

In the fourth round, Wilder knocked out the 33-year-old twice.

Fury, on the other hand, rose to his feet and ended the trilogy battle with style.

Scott has now confirmed Wilder was taken to hospital with a few injuries.

“I took him up into his room, he’s seen a doctor afterwards.

“Everything’s cool… he busted his lip, he broke his hand, broke his finger, knuckle, something like that. But life goes on,” Scott told ESNews.
