Gunmen suspected to be bandits have reported attacked the Jos Correctional facility, Plateau State.
According to reports, the correctional facility is currently under heavy attack with sporadic shooting going on everywhere.
At the time of filling this report, it could not be ascertain if any inmate has escaped from custody.
WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that suspected gunmen attacked the Abolongo correctional facility in Oyo State
It was gathered that the attackers used grenades to gain access and set prisoners free on Friday, October 22, at about 10 pm.
