A yet to be identified commercial motorcyclist was crushed to death by an articulated vehicle in Lokoja metropolis in kogi State.
The tragic incident was said to have occurred on Monday evening when a tricycle and the motorcyclist collided and threw up the Okada man in front of an oncoming articulated vehicle, which crushed him to death.
The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Sector Commander in Kagi State, Stephen Dawulung, who confirmed the incident, said the body of the motorcyclist had been deposited at the morgue of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Lokoja.

Corps Commander Stephen Dawulung, Kogi Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Sector Commander, made this known to NAN in Lokoja on Monday, August 1, said the 60-year old commercial motorcyclist and his passenger died after the tipper truck rammed into them.
