Usman Baba, the inspector general of police (IGP), is meeting with the leaders of all political parties to ensure that the elections in 2023 would be free, fair, and credible.
According to research, the gathering would discuss the country’s persistent violence and ways to prevent a crisis before the election.
Recall that, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Commissioner for Information and Voter Education, Festus Okoye said in an interview on Channles TV few days ago that security agencies would provide joint security to all the INEC critical national security assets for the conduct of the 2023 elections.
