BREAKING: Tambuwal Gets Major Appointment From National Assembly

Sani Magaji Tambuwal has been appointed as the National Assembly’s acting clerk by the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC) (CNA).

Tambuwal served as the National Assembly’s Secretary of Finance and Accounts prior to his appointment.

Following Arc. Amos Olatunde Ojo’s retirement on Tuesday, the position of CNA became vacant.

The NASC also promoted Mr. Ogunlana Kamoru to the position of Acting Deputy CNA from Secretary Legal Services.

Also, Mrs Henrietta Aimua-Ehikioya (Secretary Special Duties) was redeployed to the post of Secretary Legal Services.

The Director Legislative, Mr Birma Shuaibu, was elevated to the post of Secretary, Human Resources Directorate, while Mr Umoru Barde Ali (Director Pharmacy) was appointed as the acting Secretary of Research and Information.

Other are Mr Omogbehin Yomi (Director Legislative) appointed as acting Secretary Special Duties and Mr. Inyang Clement Titus (Director of Accounts) elevated to to the post of Secretary, Finance and Accounts.

Mr. Nwoba Andrew (Director Administration) was elevated to the position of acting Secretary, Planning and Legislative Budget.
