The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) would have power outages in select areas from November 25th to 26th, 2022, according to a statement from Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC).
The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) will be allowed to do maintenance work at the Suleja-Katampe 132kv transmission line from 7 am to 6 pm everyday as a result of the interruption, according to a public notice issued by AEDC and signed by its management.
The affected locations, according to the firm, include Dawaki Village, Dawaki Extension, Sokale Village, a portion of Dutse, a portion of Kubwa, and the surrounding districts.
The company, however, assured that the purpose of the interruption is part of its commitment to ensuring better service.
