Obafemi Martins Graduates from Harvard University, Bags Degree

Obafemi Martins

Obafemi Martins has graduated from Harvard University, where he earned a degree in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Markets as well as a certificate.

This is a positive development coming from the former Super Eagles striker, who is now anticipated to use the skills learned in school to launch a successful business.

It’s interesting to note that Martins weighted grade summary from Harvard is 98%, which is a remarkable accomplishment.

Harvard University is a private Ivy League research university in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Founded in 1636 as Harvard College and named for its first benefactor, the Puritan clergyman John Harvard. The citadel of learning is known as one of the best Universities in the world, and kudos must be given to Martins to have graduated there in flying colours.

Martins is considered to be one of the most successful Nigerian players, having won titles in Italy, England and Russia while playing for Inter Milan, Newcastle United, Portsmouth and Rubin Kazan.

Between 2004 to 2015, Martins played 42 games for the Super Eagles netting 18 goals before he retired from international football.
