CJN Ariwoola spotted at Abuja mosque amid alleged secret meeting with Tinubu

The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Justice Kayode Ariwoola, was spotted observing Jumaat service at the Ansar-Ud-Deen Central Mosque in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, amid an alleged secret meeting with the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu

It was gathered that Ariwoola went to the prayers from the Supreme Court, Abuja.

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that Peoples Gazette reported that Ariwoola disguised on a wheelchair in a London hotel for a secret meeting with Tinubu.

The CJN was said to had secretly left the country for the United Kingdom to meet with the president-elect to discuss the presidential election cases.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP), two major opposition parties, have filed separate petitions challenging the results of the presidential election on February 25.

Reacting to this, the campaign team of Bola Tinubu denied the report of the clandestine meeting between the president-elect and the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olukayode Ariwoola, in the UK.

The campaign, in a statement issued by one of its spokespersons, Bayo Onanuga, said contrary to the claim in the report, Tinubu was still in Paris, France and had not moved to London.
