Mr. Gboyega Akosile has been reappointed as Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s Chief Press Secretary (CPS), the governor of Lagos State.
The Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, made the announcement in a statement on Monday.
According to the Head of Service, the appointment is effective right away.
WITHIN NIGERIA understands that Gboyega Akosile had already worked for Governor Sanwo-Olu’s first term as his chief press secretary before being reappointed.
He was also the Media Adviser to the Governor since the inception of the second term of Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration on May 29, 2023.
