The Minister of State for Defence, Dr Bello Matawalle, has commended President Bola Tinubu’s reforms, describing them as key to driving Nigeria’s economic recovery.
In a statement on Thursday, Matawalle highlighted the administration’s tax reforms and other policies as pivotal to economic progress, urging Nigerians to support the President’s efforts.
“These policies are already contributing to a turnaround in the economy, which will, in the long run, benefit all Nigerians,” he said.
Matawalle called for constructive engagement, particularly from critics in Northern Nigeria, and encouraged unity in addressing the country’s challenges.
The minister also emphasised improvements in national security, noting significant upgrades to military hardware under Tinubu’s administration.
