The removed Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has arrived at the legislative building.
It was discovered that Obasa, accompanied by certain security personnel, made his way into the Speaker’s Office at approximately midday on Thursday.
This situation arose following the removal of the security officers assigned to the Speaker, Mojisola Meranda, from their official duties.
Segun Ajiboye, who serves as the Chief Press Secretary to Meranda, verified this in a brief message on Thursday, accusing Obasa’s group of forcefully entering.
“We’re at the assembly now,” a source aligned with Obasa also mentioned.
