Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, was involved in a road accident on Sunday evening.
The auto crash happened on the Daura-Katsina road while governor Radda was on official assignment.
He, however, came out of the minor mishap unscathed and unhurt, the governor’s office said in a statement issued after the incident.
According to the statement on Sunday by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, the governor is in good health, sustained no serious injuries, and remains in high spirits.
Governor Radda has expressed gratitude for what he described as divine protection and thanked the people of Katsina and other well-wishers for their prayers and concern.
