Footage capturing how renowned boxer and heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, was rescued and brought out of the wreckage after a road accident has emerged.
Within Nigeria had reported that the Nigerian-born British heavyweight boxer was involved in an accident at Makun in the Sagamu area of Ogun State on Monday.
In the video, Joshua was visibly distressed as he winced and groaned in pain.
Joshua reportedly sustained minor injuries while two people in his two-car convoy died on the spot in the mishap, which happened just before the Danco Filling Station in Makun, before Sagamu Interchange inward Ibadan axis of the road.
The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Ogun Sector Command, has cited over-speeding and wrongful overtaking as the cause of the crash.

The accident happened ten days after his fight with a YouTuber-turned-professional boxer, Jake Paul.
