A Dangote Cement truck has just fallen into a canal at Iba Ojo road Lagos State.
A Lagos Neighborhood Safety Corps (LNSC) personnel who witnessed the incident said the driver was on high speed. Another FRSC Personnel who witnessed the incident confirmed it to newsmen.
