The wide web of the law has caught an ex-student of the Niger State University identified as Tari Vincent who disguises as a staff of the university for defiling 8-year-old girl.
Tari Vincent who was accused of having carnal knowledge of the 8-year-old girl last week also stole examination answer booklets from Niger Delta University which he used to disguise as an assistant lecturer in the university.
He was also accused of collecting money from students who look for easy academic success so that they can pass their examination.
