Man Baths In Gutter To Celebrate Ganduje’s Victory At The Tribunal (Video)

Drama as a lad was recorded bathing in the gutter to celebrate the victory of Ganduje in court yesterday.

It was reported that he’s mentally stable, his reaction was attributed to the verdict of the court, which reaffirms Governor Ganduje, as he sees that as a way to express his excitement.
