Dr. Julius Omodayo-Owotuga has been appointed by First Bank of Nigeria Limited as an Executive Director, effective May 13, 2026.
The notice was signed by the Company Secretary, Abiola Baruwa, on behalf of First HoldCo Plc.
The notice disclosed that Omodayo-Owotuga will strengthen the bank’s leadership across strategic finance, governance, risk management, and institutional transformation.
