Veteran Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, and her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, are celebrating their silver wedding jubilee (25th anniversary) today, March 23, 2021.
The multiple award-winning screen diva took to her social media page to mark the day. She shared an image of herself and her husband looking into each other’s eyes, showing they are truly inseparable.

Recently, Omotola Jalade and a blog traded words on social media over baseless cheating rumour levied on her persona. The blog claimed the actress was in a romantic relationship with former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole.
Omotola gave the blog 24-hour ultimatum to provide evidence of her purported romance with the former National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), which the blog failed to provide.
The couple tied the nuptial knot in 1996, however, had their white wedding ceremony aboard the Dash 7 aircraft. They flew from Lagos to Benin with close friends and family members in 2001.
Omotola Jalade and Captain Ekeinde are happy parents with four children, Princess, M.J, Meraiah, and Michael.
