Alika Ogorchukwu, a street vendor, was brutally attacked on July 29, 2022, in broad daylight while selling his goods. The assailant used Ogorchukwu’s own crutches to beat him to death, in front of several bystanders who did not intervene. Shockingly, some onlookers recorded videos of the attack on their smartphones.

The following day, July 30, 2022, Ferlazzo was arrested for the murder of Ogorchukwu, as well as for stealing his phone. According to the Italian Police, it is believed that Ferlazzo attacked Ogorchukwu after an altercation where Ogorchukwu asked Ferlazzo’s girlfriend to buy a handkerchief.

The tragic incident occurred at 2 p.m. on Friday in the main central street of Civitanova Marche, Italy. Paramedics discovered Ogorchukwu’s lifeless body at the scene.
