Richard Mofe Damijo [RMD] is a Nollywood Actor, director, producer, Investor, politician and a philanthropist. He was born on 6th July 1961 in Aladja community of Udu Kingdom, Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. He is currently 55 years old. He is a Nigerian actor and former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State. He attended Midwest College, Warri and Anglican Grammar School Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.
Richard Mofe Damijo quit media job and joined Nollywood and acted in his first television soap opera “Ripples” In 1996 he married May Ellen Ezekiel, the marriage later end up after her death & in 2000 he got married to Jumobi Adegbesan. In has acted in more than 100 movies which include Out of Bounds, Hostages, Scores to Settle, Diamond Ring, etc.
