Suspected thief who pretends to be mad, caught while stealing in Abia (photos)

A suspected thief who disguises as a mad person while stealing in Abia State, has been nabbed by eagle eyed residents.

The suspected thief who was broke into some trader’s shops at night in Umuahia, the state capital, with the aim of carting away some goods, was apprehended on Friday. The suspect who confessed to the crime, gave names of his accomplices as John, Chinedu and Ifeanyi.

Facebook user Ebony Inyamah who shared the story, wrote;

Happening now in umuahia the state capital of abia state, a man who disguise himself as a madman who has been behind the breaking of shops along Aba road / olokoro road in the night especially during rainfall was caught this morning by the owner of the shop as you can see the man admits to the crime…..
