The commander of the Police Rapid Response Squad, Tunji Disu, this morning, arrested a bullion van and some motorists driving against traffic in Lagos State.
He made the arrested during a traffic enforcement exercise at Ikeja-Along Bus Stop. A bullion van was among the vehicles impounded and handed over to the State Traffic Officer for prosecution.
However, the Force unit did not clarify whether the offending van was impounded with money inside.
Just in a similar incident in 2018, the operatives of the Lagos State Task Force arraigned a bullion van driver for driving against traffic (One-way) before Chief Magistrate Amos Olajuwon of the Lagos State Mobile Court at Oshodi.
