Hausa boys clash with Fulani herdsmen over grazing in Imo State; 2 killed (photos)

Two Nothern tribes, Hausa and Fulani who are rare to clash against each other have shocked residents at Owerri with a fatal fight.

According to reports,  the incident happened at the opposite side of kenittyza plaza in umuorii area of owerri where some Fulani herdsmen in the early hours of today, butchered a Hausa boy and shot another dead.

According to eyewitness, Egeonu Clinton who shared the story online, the Hausa boys guarding a land had earlier warned the herdsmen not to bring their cattles near the land but they allegedly returned with arms and killed the boys.

As Fulani herds men was said to have entered a land where Hausa’s are guiding.. They were told not to allow their cattles destroy things… They refused and engaged in a fight with the Hausa boys… After being defeated, they left and came back with guns and machetes…
