I was too picky with successful men – Linda Ikeji explains why she is unmarried

Billionaire blogger,  Linda Ikeji has opened up, on real reasons she has been unable to find a man to call her own, and qualities her  ideal man must possess.

Speaking  on the Starr Drive ahead of the Ghana Bloggers Summit in Accra, Linda Ikeji  addressed the popular ideology that men are scared to approach successful and rich women. She explained that from her experience,  successful men , which she referred to as ‘strong men’ have come her way but she was just too picky…

She said;

“To be honest, people have this misconception that when you are successful and rich, men avoid you. That’s not my experience. A lot of men come after you when you are successful and rich.”

“strongmen come for you. For me I was too picky. I like successful people too, I want somebody that can inspire me. So those kind of successful men, I’m attracted to. So my experience has been a lot of men come after you for different reasons. Some are sincere, some just want your money, some want to use you to crown chase, some see you as an asset, some see you as a bank, and some truly truly like you. That’s been my experience.”

And on her  ideal man, she indicated that in addition to her likeness for successful men she also likes men who are very calm and very kind.

Ikeji, who have been described as Africa’s most successful blogger with a net worth of around $40 million. amongst other things further advised young girls to be descent as they fight for their dreams..

“What I’ve always preached is, you can make money on your own. You don’t have to sleep with men for money,” she added.
