President Muhammadu Buhari has finally addressed the Nation on the outbreak of Coronavirus in Nigeria.

Since the first index case of the dreaded COVID-19 was confirmed in Lagos, Nigeria, on February 27, Nigerians have been waiting to hear from the President, with many calling for a Presidential broadcast on update on the measures the administration is taking to curtail the spread of virus in the country.

Well, with the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, President Buhari has assured that his government is working closely with the Ministry of health to protect the citizens from COVID-19.

We are working with Ministry of Health on protecting our citizens from #COVIDー19, as a government, this is now a key priority for us, President Buhari said.
