Unknown gunmen have reportedly attacked Oyigbo Police Station including police vehicles in Rivers State.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the attack took place on the eve of Nigeria’s 60th Independence Day.
Photos from the scene show the aftermath of the attack including the charred remains of a police van and another battered car.
Reports revealed that two people were allegedly killed in the attack.
As at the time of filing this report, the vcitims who were killed in the attack have not been identified if they were police officers or civilians.
