Seven alleged victims of the October 20 Lekki shootings have appeared at the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Enquiry and Restitution for Victims of SARS related abuses and other matters.
The lawyer of the alleged victims of the Lekki shootings identified as Adeyinka Olumide-Fusika SAN told the judicial panel he had a petition on their behalf against the Nigerian Army.
The directions on how to proceed with the petitions were sought from Justice Doris Okuwobi (Rtd)-led panel by the alleged victims lawyer, Olumide-Fusika.
The judicial panel, which rose briefly, has just returned.
