The Nigerian Military has stated that it is proud of the 344 Kankara schoolboys rescue operation in which no life was lost.
Major General John Enenche, Defence Headquarters said on Thursday December 24 that the rescue operation will go down in history as a major achievement as it is the first time an operation of that magnitude will be carried out without any loss of lives.
Eneche who noted that several bandits have been arrested and Boko Haram terrorists neutralised, charged troops to remain determined and sustain the tempo of recent successes.
He also called on the public to continue to provide information that will help track down criminals.
