The officials of Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS, is accused of brutalization during a violent raid that took place around 5am on the day of the event.
According to the brother of the victim who narrated the incident, the SARS officials tried to gain entrance into their compound but they couldn’t because of their dog, and when the victim went out to meet the officers, they accused him of being a Yahoo boy and they beat him up.
After checking his phones and finding nothing, they released him. By this time, they had already inflicted injuries on him.
The SARS officers later called to plead after his brother vowed to take diabolic steps to make sure the officer who attacked him pays for his action.
