Daniel Benson aka Buju, a fast rising Nigerian music act, has exited Burna Boy’s independent record label, Spaceship Collective.

As at the time of this report, no official statement has been released to this effect by any of the parties involved, however, a close source to the singer confirmed the report.

The source further revealed that his contract expired in April 2021, one year after signing it and Buju refused to renew his contract adding that he wanted to concentrate strictly on his career.

Further findings however revealed that the last song Buju released under Spaceship was ‘So Lonely’. His latest single ‘Outside’ sits on the fourth spot on ‘Apple Music Top 25: Lagos’ songs making waves.
