Warri based billionaire prophet,
Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, who is the founder and head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM), has raised the alarm of repeated attempts by some mothers and guardians to dumped their babies in church.
Fufeyin, who criticized the recent development after a lady was caught trying to abandon her infant in the chapel, revealed that the incudent has been ongoing.
According to the prophet, while most of the perpetrators do it to obtain favor, the growing number of incidents of the attempt might be used to taint the church’s good name.
In a video posted on the church’s official YouTube account, said it remained sad for people to just dump their babies in church.
The man of God was seen in the clip calling for the mother of the baby until he promised to finance the career of the baby before a woman rushed out of the congregation in tears to claiming her child.
While questioning the mother, the woman blamed poverty for her action, adding that she needed help from the prophet.
Reacting, Fufeyin asserted that her action is capable of tarnishing the image of the church and his personality.
