An emerging clip has captured moment
Eligible voters visited the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State to collect Permanent Voters Card, but were met with a bottleneck.
According to reports, the INEC officials said that there was no machine available for the production of the PVCs.
Nigerians expressed displeasure at the revelation and it resorted to a mild protest at the office.
A clip from the scene which occurred on Wednesday has gone viral on microblogging site, Twitter.
An eyewitness shared the clip with the caption; ”This is happening in Amuwo Odofin, affording to INEC there’s no machine to get our PVC done. The government sure know what they’re doing. @inecnigeria”
