A face-off during PVC registration exercise in Warri, escalated into a messy brawl between an INEC official and a resident.
The incident reportedly happened at the Warri South INEC office in Delta State on Monday.
The yet-to-be identified INEC officer is alleged to have disfigured the face of the resident who berated him for collecting bribe.
It quickly degenerated into an exchange of blows and other residents had to intervene.
