Some Business owners have cried out for help on social media over a young man that was recently spotted in a mentally challenged state at popular Tejuosho market in Yaba, Lagos State.
In a video which has been making rounds on social media, the man believed to be a Big boy, is seen losing control, screaming and hallucinating in the presence of Traders and onlookers.
They managed to bind his legs and hands to prevent him from hurting others.
The traders called on the authorities in charge to help in picking him up for treatment and rehabilitation.
