The First Lady of Ekiti State, Dr. (Mrs) Olayemi Oyebanji, has drummed support for Chef Dammy who is currently striving to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon.
Recognizing the incredible move and bravery demonstrated by Chef Dammy, the First Lady took to her Twitter handle to lend her unwavering support to the ambitious culinary expert.
Understanding the significance of Chef Dammy’s endeavour, the First Lady affirmed that her cook-a-thon would definitely be a success due to the love and support she has from them.
Mrs Oyebanji also commended her courage and her decision to embark on the challenge.
In a series of tweets, she wrote:
“The last 70 hours has been about Chef Dammy @dammypas, a determined Ekiti undergraduate, who is making a bold attempt to break the Guinness World record for the longest cooking marathon.
For me, it’s her courage and determination to stand for something positive, using her God-given talent to make a statement.
Miss Damilola Adeparusi, surely has our love and support as she forges ahead to make this bold statement.
I salute your courage Chef Dammy, for your decision to run your own race. Congratulations.”
