  • A lecturer appeared to have borrowed a leaf from Burna Boy while setting examination questions for his students.
  • The question paper which has gone viral showed that it emanated from the Department of History and International Studies, University of Uyo.

Students of History and International Studies at the University of Uyo were left to decode and give a vivid answer to an intriguing question nicely crafted by their lecturer which incorporated Burna Boy’s trending cliche, ‘You go explain tire, no evidence.’

In other news, Rachael Iku, the sister of late Rebecca Ikumelo, who tragically died at Asake’s London concert last year, took issue with the singer’s recent concert at the London O2 arena.

As usual, Asake dazzled London with an exceptional performance at his sold-out O2 Arena concert.

Prior to the commencement of the concert, Asake paid tribute to the two ladies who lost their lives at his UK concert in December 2022.

An emotional tribute was presented in the form of a video displaying images of the deceased; Rebecca Ikumelo, a mother of two, and Gabrielle Hutchinson, a security personnel. The sombre moment was accompanied by a collective minute of silence observed by the audience.

However, Rachael, via her Twitter handle expressed her dissatisfaction with Asake’s tribute and his lack of direct communication with her family since the tragic occurrence.

In her series of tweets, Rachael disclosed that her family has not heard from Asake since the unfortunate incident. She expressed disapproval at the artist’s decision to organize another concert in the same country barely nine months after her sister’s passing, while no contact had been made with the grieving family.

Rachael’s tweets captured her deep disappointment and frustration with Asake’s actions as she questioned the genuineness of the tribute.
