According to doctor Aproko, Before swallowing, take the time to fully masticate food into smaller and smaller bits so that the body can access and use nutrients more efficiently.

He further disclosed that using this method has the added advantage of causing a feeling of fullness to occur more quickly, which will aid in preventing over-eating.
