The lady — simply identified as Deborah Loveth (Mum Zee) — went viral after she disclosed the reason she gets up from bed very early to prepare her husband’s lunch.

Mum Zee said she made it a daily routine after her husband told her his colleague (a female) brought two spoons with her food to work so they could eat together.

“I’ve always been too lazy to wake up and get his lunch ready. But the day he told me a colleague brought two spoons so he’ll eat with her, was the day I set my alarm for 4:50 am,” she wrote.

The tweet sparked a wave of controversy on social media. While some users criticised her over the routine others tackled her husband for eating out in the first instance.

Amid the criticism, some users on X rallied support and donations for Mum Zee.

In a tweet, the lady appreciated the users who donated over N2M to her, adding that she had “cried out my heart in prayers for everyone “.
