Controversial Nigerian clergyman, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has ignited yet another wave of public reactions following his searing criticism of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, which he described as the “worst in Nigeria’s history.”
In a new video from a recent church sermon shared widely across social media, the fiery preacher did not hold back his frustration. Visibly angered and emotionally charged, Apostle Suleman lamented the harsh economic realities confronting millions of Nigerians under the current regime.
Speaking passionately from the pulpit, the Omega Fire Ministries General Overseer expressed deep concern about the unprecedented levels of hunger ravaging the nation.
He noted that many families can no longer afford basic meals, and that daily survival has become a painful struggle for the average Nigerian citizen. While he refrained from calling names in certain parts of the message, his repeated reference to the suffering under the “current administration” made it clear he was referring to Tinubu’s government..
According to Suleman, the level of suffering witnessed in the country today is unmatched, even when compared with previous administrations that were also widely criticized.
He described the government’s inability to address the root causes of hardship as a moral and political failure, stressing that ordinary Nigerians are being pushed to the brink. From rising food prices to the declining value of the naira, the preacher argued that the burden being placed on citizens is no longer sustainable.
