A Nigerian man caused a stir after confronting an officer of the Vehicle Inspection Services (VIS) in a viral video.
In the clip, the Lagosian was captured approaching VIO officers known for imposing the State’s law on drivers who break traffic rules.
The concerned citizen quizzed the officer driving a patrol van over his reasons for shunning the same traffic law that he arrests other road users for.
Reacting, The VIS officer gave an excuse on how he and his colleagues were on a special operation that excludes them from using a seat belt.

In other news, one person has reportedly passed away after being hit by a reckless driver.
The victim reportedly died after the reckless driver rammed into another car while speeding off after allegedly buying N3000 fuel and refusing to pay.
