According to an eyewitness narration, three Nigerian victims, aged 20 to 30, apparently desperate amid flames spreading in a public house building at southern French city of Marseille jumped out of windows.

The incident happened around 5 a.m on Saturday, July 17, when a fire broke out of the building in the housing estate “Les Flamants” where migrants from Nigeria are known to squat.
