An audio of the immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose who is currently in EFCC custody has surfaced online.

In the audio, Fayose is heard telling EFCC operatives he would not write any statement and that he is ready to remain in their custody indefinitely

In his words, ‘you are no court of law, you can’t force me to say what I don’t want to say. I’ve told you earlier and I’m saying it again, It is only in the law court that I can get justice. You commision has showed its hands to be partisan and prefer to bring me down at all cost and that will not get my co-operation. I believe the court of the land is still credible enough to give us fair hearing, not here’.
