Seiyefa Fred, a 100 level student of the institution, was shot dead on Thursday evening, November 8, 2018, at Amarata in Yenegoa, Bayelsa state.
Seiyefaa, who just bought a new iPhone, was accosted by the gunmen alleged to be cultists. According to online reports, they asked her to hand over the new iPhone but she hesitated so she was shot and they left with the phone.
However, some of her friends have taken to her Facebook profile to pen down their heartfelt tribute.
One Smith Williams said: “This world is becoming something else. Just because of phone they killed her. So sad!! May ur soul Seiyefa Fred R I P my dear.”
