Drama as frustrated Jumia dispatch rider attacks customer for rejecting delivered goods

The Eyewitness, Quadri Olalekan who shared the viral video on twitter, wrote;

@JumiaNigeria Dispatch rider punched a customer who rejected a product on delivery cos it was diff frm his request, @JumiaNigeria claiming its a 3rd party company, on an order made on their website, below is the video of the rider and the customer

Jumia has now responded to the allegation, the company wrote on their Twitter page saying the customer is now being attended to in order to resolve the issue.

Jumia wrote;

Thanks for the concern. The customer is currently being attended to in order to resolve the issue.
